Life can be hard.  If you are here then you are strong because living on this earth is difficult at best.  Being human means your world is constantly moving and changing before you can even catch your breath. Many times, the ground you walk on feels like sand slipping beneath your feet. Sometimes you notice the same painful theme keeps replaying over and over again in your life and in your relationships but you can't seem to find the stop button. You may experience conflict with a son, daughter, parent, partner, or spouse and it is seriously taking its toll on you. 

 

Perhaps you have experiences that you do not quite understand or you are afraid to tell others your feelings or experiences for fear of being judged or deemed "insane".  

 

Maybe you feel alone, misunderstood or lost. 

Maybe you just need a safe space to process your life's journey.  

 

If so,  I can offer you or your family member a safe comfortable space, free of judgment to help gain insight regarding the underlying beliefs and dynamics that have contributed to your feelings of stress, conflict, anxiety and/or depression and work with you to change those dynamics at your pace with complete awareness, compassion and understanding.
