I am a participating provider with the following insurance companies:

Out of Network:
With some insurance plans, they allow members to receive services from providers who are out of network as long as members follow the guidelines outlined within their plan.
For example, Empire NYSHIP and some United Healthcare plans will pay out of network benefits once the member meets their deductible. Even though I am considered an out of network provider with these insurances, I will bill these insurance companies directly so that my clients do not have the additional task of trying to receive reimbursement.

Rates:
Initial Consultation
is $175.00
Subsequent sessions
is $125.00
Payment is expected at the time
services are rendered.
Sliding Scale:
I understand that not everyone has insurance or insurance that allows out of network benefits. If you or members of your family are in need of treatment but you do not have insurance, out of network benefits or the financial means to pay my above rates, I offer a sliding scale fee.
Many times, financial stressors are a major cause of anxiety and depression. My goal is to help you relieve your symptoms of anxiety and depression, not increase them.
